📄 आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ / REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• ✅ जन्म प्रमाण पत्र (नगरपालिका, पंचायत, सैन्य अस्पताल आदि द्वारा जारी) / Birth Certificate (issued by a competent authority such as Municipality, Panchayat, Military Hospital, etc.).
• ✅ बच्चे और माता-पिता का आधार कार्ड / AADHAAR Card of the Child and Parent.
• ✅ निवास प्रमाण (आधार कार्ड, राशन कार्ड, मतदाता पहचान पत्र, पासपोर्ट, बिजली/पानी बिल आदि) / Proof of Residence (Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Voter ID, Passport, Electricity/Water Bill, etc.).
• ✅ RTE प्रवेश हेतु निवास दूरी प्रमाण (3 से 5 किमी के भीतर निवास) / Distance of Residence proof for RTE admission (Children residing within 3 to 5 km radius from President’s Estate, Delhi will be considered eligible).
• ✅ सामाजिक श्रेणी प्रमाण पत्र (SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS/BPL के लिए) (छह महीने से अधिक पुराना नहीं) / Social Category Certificate (Not more than six months old) for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS/BPL issued by competent authority (if applicable).
• ✅ विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों (CwSN) का प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो) / Certificate for Children with Special Needs (CwSN) issued by a civil surgeon or competent authority (if applicable).
• ✅ सेवा प्रमाण पत्र (राष्ट्रपति भवन में कार्यरत दादा-दादी के लिए) / Service Certificate (for Grandparents working in Rashtrapati Bhawan).
• ✅ स्थानांतरण एवं सेवा प्रमाण पत्र (सरकारी सेवा में कार्यरत माता-पिता के लिए), जिसमें पिछले 7 वर्षों के स्थानांतरण की संख्या हो तथा सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा सत्यापित हो / Transfer and Service Certificate (for parents in government service), indicating number of transfers in last 7 years, duly signed and verified by competent authority.
• ✅ सेवा निवृत्ति प्रमाण पत्र (सेना, वायुसेना, नौसेना के कर्मियों के लिए, यदि लागू हो) / Retirement Certificate (for uniformed Defence employees – Army, Air Force, Navy, if applicable).
• ✅ बच्चे की नवीनतम पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो / Latest Passport-size Photograph of the child.
• ✅ बच्चे का रक्त समूह / Blood Group of the Child

🏫 पिछला विद्यालय विवरण (यदि उपलब्ध हो) / Previous School Detail If Available (at the time of Admission)

• विद्यालय का UDISE नंबर, बच्चे का PEN नंबर, APAAR ID (यदि उपलब्ध हो) / UDISE Number of School, PEN number of the Child, APAAR ID (If Available).

⚠ महत्वपूर्ण सूचना / Important Note

• **डॉ. राजेंद्र प्रसाद केंद्रीय विद्यालय** की अपनी प्रवेश दिशानिर्देश हैं। / Dr. Rajendra Prasad Kendriya Vidyalaya has its own Admission Guidelines.
• सभी प्रवेश **डॉ. राजेंद्र प्रसाद केंद्रीय विद्यालय** के प्रवेश दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार किए जाएंगे। / All admissions in Dr. Rajendra Prasad Kendriya Vidyalaya will be done as per the Admission Guidelines of Dr. RPKV.
• पंजीकरण के समय, प्राथमिकता श्रेणी को बहुत सावधानीपूर्वक भरना चाहिए। / At the time of registration, the Priority Category should be filled very carefully.
• माता-पिता द्वारा पंजीकरण फॉर्म में दी गई किसी भी गलत जानकारी के लिए पूरी तरह से वही जिम्मेदार होंगे। / Parents will be solely responsible for any wrong information filled in the registration form.
• सभी प्रमाण पत्र जैसे जाति प्रमाण पत्र (OBC-NCL) और EWS प्रमाण पत्र सही होने चाहिए तथा सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी किए गए होने चाहिए। / All certificates like Caste Certificate (OBC-NCL) and EWS Certificate must be correct and duly issued by the competent authority.
• जाति प्रमाण पत्र (OBC-NCL) और EWS प्रमाण पत्र छह महीने से अधिक पुराना नहीं होना चाहिए। / Caste Certificate (OBC-NCL) and EWS Certificate must not be older than six months.
• माता-पिता को सही श्रेणी भरने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया है, एक बार श्रेणी भरने के बाद कोई भी बदलाव नहीं किया जाएगा, केवल निचली श्रेणी से उच्च श्रेणी में बदलाव किया जा सकता है। / Parents are instructed to fill the correct category, once filled, no changes will be allowed except from lower category to higher category.
• यदि माता-पिता द्वारा श्रेणी गलत भरी जाती है, तो इसके स्वीकृति या सुधार के बारे में अंतिम निर्णय विद्यालय का होगा। / In case the category is filled incorrectly, the final decision regarding its acceptance or correction will be at the sole discretion of the Vidyalaya.
• यदि दादा-दादी श्रेणी के तहत प्रवेश लिया जा रहा है, तो माता-पिता द्वारा भरी जाने वाली श्रेणी **श्रेणी-I** होनी चाहिए। / In case of admission under the Grandfather category, the category to be filled should be Category-I.
• सरकारी सेवा में कार्यरत अभिभावकों को पिछले 7 वर्षों में हुए स्थानांतरण (Transfer) की संख्या का वैध प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है। / Government service parents must produce a valid document indicating number of transfers in the last 7 years.
• स्थानांतरण (Transfer) का अर्थ: कर्मचारी को तभी स्थानांतरित माना जाएगा जब उसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा एक स्थान/शहरी क्षेत्र से दूसरे स्थान/शहरी क्षेत्र में कम से कम 20 किमी दूरी पर स्थानांतरित किया गया हो तथा न्यूनतम 6 माह (180 दिन) का कार्यकाल रहा हो। / Meaning of Transfer: An employee is considered transferred only if moved by competent authority to another place at least 20 km away with a minimum stay of 6 months (180 days).
• सभी अभिभावकों/अभिभावकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरने से पहले सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज तैयार रखें। / All parents/guardians are advised to keep all documents ready before filling the registration form.

🚫 प्रवेश रद्दीकरण / Cancellation of Admission

❌ यदि प्रवेश प्रक्रिया के किसी भी चरण में यह पाया जाता है कि माता-पिता द्वारा प्रस्तुत कोई भी जानकारी या दस्तावेज़ गलत है, तो **डॉ. राजेंद्र प्रसाद केंद्रीय विद्यालय** के प्रवेश दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा प्रवेश रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।

❌ If, at any point of time in the entire admission process, it is found that any information or document submitted by the parent is FALSE, then the admission of the child will be cancelled by the competent authority as per the Admission Guidelines of **Dr. Rajendra Prasad Kendriya Vidyalaya**.
