Timing: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Entry from: Gate No - 30, President Estate

                Required Documents:
                Birth Certificate (issued by a competent authority such as Municipality, Panchayat, Military Hospital, etc.).
AADHAAR Card of the Child and Parent
Proof of Residence (Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Voter ID, Passport, Electricity/Water Bill, etc.).
Social Category Certificate- Recent (Not More Than Six Months Old) (if applicable) for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS/BPL, issued by the competent government authority.
Certificate for Children with Special Needs (CwSN) (if applicable), issued by a civil surgeon or competent authority.
Service Certificate (for Grandparents working in Rashtrapati Bhawan)
Transfer/Service Certificate (for parents in government service), indicating the number of transfers in the last 7 years.
Retirement Certificate (for uniformed Defence employees, if applicable).
Latest Passport-size Photograph of the child.

UDISE Number of School, PEN number of the Child, APAAR ID (If Available)

                Important Note:
                Dr. Rajendra Prasad Kendriya Vidyalaya has its own Admission Guideline.
All admission in Dr. Rajendra Prasad Kendriya Vidyalaya will be done as per the Admission Guideline of Dr. RPKV.
Parents will be solely responsible for any wrong information filled in the registration form.
All certificates like Caste Certificate (OBC-NCL) and EWS Certificate must be correct.
Government Service parents must produce a VALID document indicating their Number of Transfers in the last 7 years.

            

Cancellation of Admission:

If, at any point in the entire admission process, it is found that any information or document submitted by the parent is FALSE, then the admission of the child will be cancelled by the competent authority as per the Admission Guideline of Dr. Rajendra Prasad Kendriya Vidyalaya.
